7-Days Return and Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange your items within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the items meet the following conditions:
- The items must be in new and unused condition, just as you received them.
- Items must not be washed and should retain all original tags.
- Items must be free from wear, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.
Non-Returnable Items:
- White items, underwear, swimwear (excluding bikini tops) and accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return and Exchange Instructions:
- Please include your name and order number inside the package to help us process your return quickly.
